How do I return?
- Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return
Who pays for shipping of returned goods?
- Client is responsible for all shipping fees when returning items.
What items are returnable?
- All Rouge Light Panels - within 60 days from the date of purchase
- In like new condition
- In the original packaging with all of the accessories and cables
- Stands and racks are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can only be accepted if they are in new condition with no scratches or visible signs of being assembled and/or used
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for select variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Warranty Information
1. Rouge Red Light Therapy devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of THREE (3) YEARS from the purchase date.
2. Free replacements are warranted for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS.
3. Warranty does not cover the following damage(s): Modified product, improper installation or use,
improper cleaning, electrical surges, or damage caused by direct exposure to natural elements like
water or fire for example.
4. Warranty does not cover the loss of third party with direct or indirect damage(s)
